01Which MATLAB/Python, flight-dynamics modeling, system-identification and flight-response analysis tools have you used hands-on? Give years for each and one recent application; distinguish work you performed from work you supervised. *
02Describe your most relevant flying-qualities evaluation you personally performed on any relevant aircraft platform; identify platform type, scale and years. State your years in this discipline, employer/program, personal deliverable, development stage (research, simulation, prototype, vehicle test or production) and outcome. You may reference your industry answers below. *
03Describe a stability, control-response, damping or handling-qualities issue. How did you separate model/control effects from observed aircraft behavior, and what did the evidence show? *
04Describe your role in R&D/development and collaboration with another discipline. What did you personally own? Mention technical leadership or mentoring if applicable; management experience is not required. *
05Which AI tools and automation platforms have you personally used to work more efficiently in your professional field? *Examples: Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Zapier, or other AI and automation tools. Equivalent tools are welcome.

Platforms and industries
Select your experience level. Detail fields appear only for relevant areas. Overlapping years are fine; do not add them together. Describe work you personally performed. Short bullets are enough; do not share confidential or classified information.
For this application, ASKA groups eVTOL platforms with payload capacity above 500 lb separately from drones/UAS with payload capacity of 500 lb or below. These are recruiting categories based on payload capacity, not aircraft weight or regulatory classifications. If a platform fits several areas, reference the same example.
Rotary-wing, larger-platform and eVTOL experience are preferred. Candidates with relevant experience on other aircraft platforms are encouraged to apply.
Standards and certification experience
Report only your actual experience. Familiarity and hands-on delivery are different; no experience is a valid answer.
Your résumé and answers are private and available to ASKA’s authorized recruiting team.
